(More customer reviews)When THE TIMES (London) referred to Bill Reddin as the management guru they ranked him with the likes of Peter Drucker, Ted Levitt and John Humble. This is an extraordinary work which will be better appreciated in the coming years. Reddin died in June of 1999 and already over 50 PhD dissertations have been written on his work. A good buy, a good read and a thoroughly useful book.
