In this book, Marylou McKenna introduces the many benefits of what is called "sensory practice". She follows this with activities designed to help you practice sensory awareness. In today's world, it is easy to lose touch with the uniqueness of everything around you. We don't notice the texture of our computer keyboard, or the sound of the keys or the smell of the city because we are focused on "doing something". Being on earth is a unique experience, let this book help you to remember how to "experience" your life. Don't wait until you are ill or old to have this joy!
