I have used the olympic distance training programs outlined in this book and had great success. My results in triathlon and duathlon races really improved. I used to lose time on the bike leg of races, but after this training program, i became one of the strongest cyclists in the field and was able to run fast off the bike. My biggest gains were in duathlon, where I progressed from the back of the elite field to several top 10 finishes at world championships. - Kathy Kasischke
