(More customer reviews)I purchased this book for my son (age 14) when he received a puppy for his birthday. It is fantastic. The steps of dog training are explained in a very simple manner with lots of pictures. Both he and I used the techniques described in the book to train the puppy (a Sheltie). Within a few weeks, the dog was able to sit, give us his paw and lie down on command. I am going to buy another copy of this book to give to my brother and his wife, who just purchased a puppy.
