Margaret's passion for helping others reach their physical potential is revealed throughout the book. She details her program in easy to follow steps that are accompanied by pictures and explanations on the right and wrong way to perform each exercise. In addition, she educates the reader by offering advice on a wide variety of health-related topics using humor and a common sense approach, and without being preachy.
Do yourself a favor and introduce yourself to Margaret's Body Electric program with this book. You will be inspired to learn more about Body Electric, which can be done by watching Margaret on PBS or by purchasing her DVDs.
