(More customer reviews)Two knights on horseback in armor with lances pointed at each other, with the one desattled losing. It was a good social event in Europe for more than 500 years. First appeared in France AD 1050 & AD 1070. Only knights could fight in tournaments. The 1700s saw a decline of the knights, as gun powder overtook the sword and the armor wasn't bullet proof. In the 1100s and 1200s they all wore chain mail, with leather introduced into the 1400s. By the 1500s full plate armor had been developed.
