The unique ways we are introduced to looking at and measuring creativity are real eye openers for those who haven't studied in this arena, but do need to have understanding of it. The book is very well written, clear and direct.
As an independent consultant I've given the book to many of my clients and have had several do the profile. The assessment can help with teambuilding and understanding. I highly recommend this tool kit, it is money well spent.
