(More customer reviews)I bought this for the practice exams and the questions with answers at the end of every chapter. The answers at the end of the chapters have been improved over the first edition by repeating the entire question and the possible answers before providing the correct answer with explanation. Unfortunately, the book contains both typographical and substantive errors. I wasted a lot of time trying to understand some concepts or duplicate some answers that proved to be poorly explained or just wrong. Although these problems occur in many chapters, here are a few examples from the Time Management chapter: The difference between total float and free float is muddled by the use of the term "total" in the definition of free float. The practice calculation of critical path and float times on the CD is riddled with errors: The exercise requests a calculation of "available" float, which is not defined either in the book or in the PMBOK guide. Several of the answers provided for float are neither free nor total float, just wrong. The total time calculated for one of the paths is written as "1" instead of "21". Overall, I am unaware of another book with so many practice questions, but the book would have been much better with better quality management.
