This book provides a concise outline of the needs and pitfalls to developing and delivering training programs to a multi disciplinary audience. The layout is excellent, giving an outline at the beginning of each chapter and then a summary of content at the end. The only critiscm would be that it is not an easy read - but well worth the time spent.
