Athletes who are struggling with injuries will especially benefit from the sections of the book devoted to rehabilitating various problems. As an athlete trying to get back to top form, I can attest to the exercises represented in the book. Robert Gajda knows his stuff, he has trained many, many top athletes, thus he speaks and writes from years of experience. Please, do yourselves a favor and get a copy of this book.
