I got this book to find out how to improve my sales techniques. It gives good examples, in short form of how salespeople made a positive (or negative) impression and the "moral of the story." It is like a book of fables - short stories with a lesson at the end.
Very helpful and good for people with a short attention span - or just want to get the message in 3-4 pages not 34 pages.
It also has a heartwarming feeling when you read it - kind of like Chicken Soup For The Soul books.
