Scott,

Thank you for writing a great book. I hope you sell a billion copies. It seems that being almost the exact same age and having almost the exact same cumulative years of running, we have arrived at many of the same lessons learned and benefits gained from running. This book is a great reminder and motivator for me. I also read several things that I haven't thought that much about before but I'm sure will make my running better. I will recommend this book to anyone at any stage of their running life, not just for the educational value but because you have done a great job of showing how all of us running brothers and sisters are part of a great community. Sappy, yes, but I'm pleased to acknowledge that it's true.

Many more years of enjoyable running to you!
Steve
